A suburban council has been slammed for his or her overzealous method to weekly garbage collections. 

Metropolis of Glen Eira Council, in Melbourne’s south-east, has been accused of being a ‘bit creepy’ after opting so as to add tags to some trash cans if locals have positioned rubbish within the flawed bins.  

Taking to Fb, one man felt the introduction of tags on avenue bins was extreme and an invasion of privateness.     

‘Discovered this (tags) on all of the bins in my avenue this morning. Anybody else discover this a tad creepy?’ he posted on a neighborhood group web page.
